Key Responsibilities

Drive retail performance and foster patient loyaltyUphold all operational standards within the storeEnsure inventory protocols are consistently followed on-siteManage POS systems and related technologiesGuarantee compliance with all organizational policies and applicable lawsMaintain a safe and hygienic environment for both patients and staffProtect patient confidentiality at all timesSupport the General Manager in coordinating, scheduling, and training of temporary pharmacists

Qualifications

Establish high standards for customer experience through effective sales training and product knowledge.Assist patients with inquiries, concerns, and issuesAddress all patient-related matters in line with company policyEncourage a positive experience for every patientOversee patient interactions in collaboration with the General Manager, providing clinical guidanceWork with healthcare practitioners to ensure favorable patient outcomesPromote a customer service-oriented culture within PharmaCannAcquire comprehensive knowledge of cannabis products, dosing, interactions, and potential side effects.Understand the effectiveness of various strains, potencies, and delivery methodsRecommend appropriate dosing based on patient conditionsAdhere to all procedures to maintain safety protocols and quality assurance standardsEnsure workplace safety for all employees and manage any injuries sustained on the jobSupervise and coordinate delivery operations while providing clinical oversightProject a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, and the communityEmbody the values and mission of PharmaCann, fully supporting our objectives and goals

Working Conditions

Ability to remain seated for extended periods and enter and exit a vehicle multiple times throughout the day.May require driving and being outdoors for short durations across all seasons.

Physical Requirements

Must be capable of extending arms for prolonged periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, carry products, and maneuver carts.
