Cannabis Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at PharmaCann LLC. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Drive retail sales and patient retention through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Maintain all store operational standards, including inventory management and security protocols.
• Oversee the maintenance of inventory standards on-site and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and corresponding systems, ensuring accurate and safe transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and employees, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle all patient-related issues in accordance with company policy.
• Assist the General Manager in the coordination, scheduling, and training of per diem pharmacists.

• Develop high customer experience standards and engagement through sales training and product knowledge.
• Assist patients with their questions, problems, and complaints, providing a positive experience for all patients.
• Handle all patient-related issues in accordance with company policy, promoting a positive experience for all patients.
• Promote a positive experience for all patients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Direct and oversee patient interactions, providing clinical oversight and ensuring accurate and safe protocols.
• Coordinate with practitioners to facilitate positive patient outcomes, promoting a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Promote PharmaCann's customer service culture, embodying the company's values and mission.
• Develop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, and side effects, ensuring accurate and safe recommendations.
• Understand and recommend dosing based on patient conditions, ensuring accurate and safe treatment.
• Follow all processes to ensure accurate and safe protocols, maintaining a high level of quality assurance.
• Ensure on-the-job safety of all employees and treatment for employee injuries sustained on the job.
• Supervise and coordinate delivery operations, providing clinical oversight and ensuring accurate and safe protocols.
• Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community, embodying the company's culture and values.

• Ability to sit for long periods of time and get in and out of an automobile several times a day.
• Will be required to drive and be outside for brief periods of time during all four seasons.
