As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to promote both Chevrolet and Hyundai brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers and ascertain their vehicle preferences.
- Guide customers through established processes to convert leads into sales.
- Communicate pricing, finalize transactions, and complete necessary documentation.
- Engage in prospecting to create a steady influx of customers interested in purchasing vehicles.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no significant violations).
- Sales experience from any industry is advantageous; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Capability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must successfully pass drug screening, MVR, and background checks.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K with matching contributions.

The compensation structure for the Automotive Sales Consultant position includes a base hourly wage starting at $15.50. Additionally, commission earnings are based on the volume of closed sales, with no upper limit on potential earnings.
