We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at St. Mark's Hospital. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in humans.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of technical procedures in the application of radionuclides for diagnosis and treatment of disease.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including cameras and computers.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment calibration, radiation surveys, and radionuclide receipt and use.
- Stay up-to-date with new procedures, equipment, and methods, and participate in their evaluation and application.
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB), or Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
- Comprehensive understanding of related technology, independent judgment, and complete knowledge of all Federal and Utah Regulatory Commission rules and regulations.
