Head Baker

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for leading the bakery team and ensuring the highest quality cookies are produced. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the bakery team and ensure the highest quality cookies are produced

• Assist with daily operations and maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a bakery or related field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
