Role Overview:

As a key leader, your responsibility will be to redefine the future of solar financing. You will operate independently, spearheading transactions with minimal supervision. This position offers high-level visibility, significant autonomy, and the potential for immediate influence. Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with sound judgment, are essential. The role demands excellence in delivery and operations within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the origination and execution of solar loan and tax equity project financings to support our residential sector.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient transaction execution and seamless integration into operational processes.
  • Report on transaction progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
  • Design optimal financing structures to enhance profitability.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with diverse financing partners.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience in project finance, including at least 5 years focused on tax equity.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex transactions involving rating agencies, legal, tax, and accounting professionals.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborative team player with a strategic mindset and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership and influencing key decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or CFA designation.
