Job ResponsibilitiesThis role involves managing activities, workflow, and nursing resources of assigned nursing units. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating staff, identifying and resolving issues affecting patient care services, assuring resident safety, monitoring and adhering to budget, and approving or monitoring expenditures and purchases.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- a Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date;
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date; and
- at least 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
This is a full-time salaried position with on-call rotation, requiring weekend and holiday hours. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
