Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in daily operations. Reporting to the Store Manager or District Manager, your duties will include:

  • Welcoming customers and attentively addressing their needs.
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels on the sales floor and coordinating with management for restocking.
  • Promoting merchandise through effective advertising, sales promotions, and visual displays.
  • Establishing efficient daily operational procedures.
  • Implementing and communicating Lori's Gifts policies and procedures.
  • Processing cash and credit transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Training and scheduling staff to uphold guest service standards.
  • Independently managing store opening and closing procedures.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, or equivalent experience.
  • A background in customer service with some management exposure.
  • A flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
