The Studio Coordinator is a vital role within the School of Rock team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for students, parents, and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager with various tasks and projects
  • Lead tours for prospective students and parents, showcasing the School of Rock experience
  • Greet and care for students, creating a welcoming environment

  • Prepare reports, handle billing, and maintain accurate records
  • Adhere to the School of Rock Code of Conduct, safety policies, and monitoring procedures
