Position: Process Control Specialist
Location: Crosby Plant

Work Schedule: 7 Days per Week; Rotating 12-hour shifts on a Dupont schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the kiln reactivation system and associated equipment with minimal supervision.
- Ensure compliance with pollution control regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Attend regular safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Conduct monthly safety observations and participate in audits.
- Perform general housekeeping in the control room and operating area.
- Adjust equipment as necessary to uphold product quality standards.
- Utilize process history and data analysis tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and legible records of processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external personnel for trials and process experiments.
- Maximize yields and conserve energy while maintaining optimal process efficiency.
- Utilize desktop computers for tracking process and production data, entering maintenance requests, and ensuring effective communication.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred: One-year certificate from a college or technical school.
- 0-2 years of experience in plant manufacturing is required.
- Computer proficiency is preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is advantageous.
