Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that food products meet quality specifications and standards.
  • Operate and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure accuracy and proper food specifications.
  • Maintain equipment settings and ensure that supplies are adequate.
  • Ensure that work areas, machinery, and equipment are clean, organized, and adhere to applicable safety rules at all times.
  • Report and take necessary actions to ensure food safety and prevent food quality problems from occurring.
  • Communicate safety, quality, production, maintenance, and hygiene issues to relevant personnel.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.
  • Adhere to production work schedules, running orders, and recipes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Equipment and product knowledge is essential.
  • Equipment and product troubleshooting ability is required.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
