About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in an ambulatory care setting. As a LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient care in a hospital setting, utilizing your nursing skills and knowledge to provide compassionate and empathetic care.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, working to improve patient health and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • IV certification required if required by state regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
