About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Aquent Talent. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications using general languages and technologies to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex business requirements and generate technical specifications to design or redesign software components and applications.
  • Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts.
  • Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support solutions.
  • Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported areas.
  • Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
  • Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience required.
  • Development experience in needed languages or technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and successfully deploying large-scale projects from end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC.
Compensation and Benefits

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.68 to $47.43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Eligible talent gets access to amazing benefits like subsidized health, vision, and dental plans, paid sick leave, and retirement plans with a match. We also offer free online training through Aquent Gymnasium.
