Job Summary

The Carver MBC Agency is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new business opportunities, quote and bind policies, handle customer inquiries, and process premiums.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to customer needs, resolving conflicts, and adapting to changing situations.
  • Collaborate with the agent and service center staff to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
  • Determine applicant insurability and placement using competent skills in binding and processing applications.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to attain Insurance Producer license within 90 days of hire.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have an aptitude for learning new programs and procedures.

Benefits and Perks

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
