Job Summary:
As a Radiology Technologist II, you will perform various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. You will operate Radiology equipment to produce radiological images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes, as directed by a Radiologist.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform imaging procedures, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography
Operate Radiology equipment, including X-ray machines, fluoroscopy units, and computed tomography scanners
Position patients for optimal imaging results
Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging procedures
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
Current certification with ARRT
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
Work Environment:
Joint Commission accredited hospital
Collaborative team environment
