Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver dynamic group fitness classes, incorporating HIIT (high intensity interval training) and strength training exercises.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to members of all fitness levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.
- Set up and take down equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient class environment.
- Develop and maintain a positive and motivating class atmosphere, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie among members.
- Collaborate with our team to create a comprehensive fitness program that meets the diverse needs of our members.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Personal Trainer, preferably through a reputable organization such as NASM or ISSA.
- Experience leading group fitness classes, with a focus on HIIT and strength training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage members.
- Basic understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as exercise biomechanics.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
$15.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus commission opportunities.
