Job Summary: We are looking for an On-Call Banquet Bartender to join our team. The Banquet Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests and servers while upholding the Wyndham Standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with the Banquet Event Order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up the bar in alignment with hotel standards and the Banquet Event Order to ensure prompt and efficient service.
  • Prepare beverages and cocktails following the hotel's mixing and presentation guidelines.
  • Break down the bar after events, ensuring proper storage of liquor, supplies, and equipment.
  • Adhere to all state liquor laws and hotel policies regarding alcohol service.
  • Maintain cleanliness in bar and service areas throughout the event.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and incidents effectively.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction by providing attentive and courteous service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with guests and team members.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
  • Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
  • Comply with Wyndham Standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient operations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to enhance productivity and service quality.
