Key Responsibilities- Provide developmentally appropriate care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement an appropriate plan of care.
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly, ensuring the protection and security of Patient Health Information (PHI).
- Deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families, prioritizing good customer relations, sound clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice.
- Continuously assess patient conditions and implement treatment changes as necessary, in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Additional languages preferred.
