Job Summary
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Sunnyvale seeks a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nursing License for the state of Texas.
- Current AHA BLS Certification (alternative CPR card is accepted upon hire with 30 days granted to complete the AHA course provided by the company).
- Current AHA ACLS Certification (ARC is accepted upon hire with 30 days granted to complete the AHA course provided by the company).
