Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the total club meets member expectations. This includes collaborating with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive business results and improve the member experience.
Plan Bakery ProductionsYou will be responsible for planning bakery productions to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs. This includes working with our inventory management team to ensure we have the right products and supplies to meet member demands.
Work with a Variety of ProductsYou will work with a variety of products to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items. This includes using your creativity and attention to detail to design and execute visually appealing bakery items.
Ensure Food Safety and SanitationYou will be responsible for ensuring adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management. This includes maintaining a clean and safe work environment and following proper food handling and preparation procedures.
Operate and Maintain EquipmentYou will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment. This includes ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and following proper maintenance procedures.
Demonstrate Understanding of Product and Layout ExecutionYou will demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution. This includes working with our visual merchandising team to ensure that our bakery items are displayed in a visually appealing way and that our store layout is optimized for member shopping.
Requirements- 6 Months' Experience in a Fresh Production Area
You must have at least 6 months' experience in a fresh production area. This includes experience working in a bakery, deli, or other food production environment.
Ability to Complete Job-Required TrainingsYou must be able to successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period. This includes completing our comprehensive training program and passing any required certifications or assessments.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentYou must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. This includes being able to work effectively in a team environment and communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
