Position Overview:
As a Culinary Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all culinary standards are met while leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff. Your role is vital in delivering nutritious and appealing meals to our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and support kitchen staff in food preparation and service.
  • Prepare, cook, season, and portion meals according to established guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of food items and equipment.
  • Follow standardized recipes and adhere to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols.
  • Document food safety measures and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive dining experience.

Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of culinary experience, including leadership roles. A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is essential. On-the-job training will be provided, and certification in Serv Safe may be required based on location.
