Job Summary

Buckle LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative HR strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that support talent acquisition, management, and development
  • Lead and develop the HR team, including evaluating and implementing an effective HR structure that drives performance and professional growth
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide thought leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to drive a culture of inclusion and belonging
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • At least ten years of progressive human resource leadership management experience required, with strategic, talent development, and business management experience highly preferred
  • SHRM-SCP certification preferred
