- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cable manufacturing and/or cable assembly environment
- Strong knowledge of cable electrical characterization and test procedures
- Experience with design software such as Solidworks and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and industry standards such as UL, CSA, and Mil-std's
- Experience with high voltage cable and cable test equipment
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and ability to read and interpret customer drawings or specifications
