Overview
As the Financial Systems Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the Workday Financials (FINS) and Workday Adaptive Planning modules. Your duties will encompass the upkeep and configuration of financial systems, standardizing accounting practices, implementing new functionalities, and providing essential support to accounting and finance operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, technical expertise in Workday Financials, and the capability to lead projects while effectively assisting internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Workday FINS and Workday Adaptive Planning systems
  • Create standardized reports and dashboards for accounting and finance teams
  • Manage projects to implement new features and enhance system functionality
  • Provide support and training to accounting and finance teams
  • Collaborate with Finance leadership to optimize workflows
  • Conduct managerial duties such as staff training and evaluation
  • Participate in special projects and other assigned responsibilities
Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
  • Workday Certifications in FINS or Planning preferred
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field required
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Work Experience:
  • Minimum five years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Information Systems
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Financial Applications (including FINS and Planning)
  • Management of Workday Adaptive Planning preferred
  • Excellent communication, reporting/analytical, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and personal computers
