As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Inpatient Rehabilitation, you will help advance nursing practices and enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee and coordinate all unit functions during your assigned shifts under the supervision of the unit director.
  • Collaborate with the management team to continuously assess the quality of patient care services.
  • Monitor, document, and report changes in patients' conditions, ensuring thorough follow-up.
  • Create and maintain precise and detailed reports and records.
  • Consult with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and adjust care plans based on patient responses.
  • Delegate nursing tasks appropriately while retaining accountability for patient care.
  • Provide tailored education to patients, families, and caregivers throughout the care continuum.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control standards in all aspects of patient care.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
