As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Inpatient Rehabilitation, you will help advance nursing practices and enhance patient outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee and coordinate all unit functions during your assigned shifts under the supervision of the unit director.
- Collaborate with the management team to continuously assess the quality of patient care services.
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patients' conditions, ensuring thorough follow-up.
- Create and maintain precise and detailed reports and records.
- Consult with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and adjust care plans based on patient responses.
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately while retaining accountability for patient care.
- Provide tailored education to patients, families, and caregivers throughout the care continuum.
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards in all aspects of patient care.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program.
- RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
