About the Role: As a Hospitality/Front of House Manager in Training, you will undergo comprehensive training tailored for an entry-level management position. You will gain insights into FLIK Hospitality Group's best practices across various domains, including marketing, customer relations, retail management, procurement, staffing, training, payroll, and financial oversight. The training includes hands-on experience at a designated site and participation in the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP). Successful completion of AMP may necessitate relocation within your region for placement opportunities. Full-time management roles or promotions post-AMP completion will depend on individual performance and business requirements.

Accelerated Manager Program (AMP): This program is designed to cultivate future leaders through a blend of assessment, organizational training, and personalized coaching. AMP provides a fast-track learning experience focused on management development, tailored to your unique strengths and career aspirations. The program duration may vary based on individual learning needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in competency-based assessments to identify leadership strengths.
  • Follow a customized learning path with experiential learning opportunities.
  • Receive mentorship and peer support throughout the program.
  • Participate in evaluations to track progress and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree expected by August 2025 or earlier.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is essential.
  • Basic understanding of financial management, inventory oversight, and cash handling.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with client relations and contract management.
  • Knowledge of current food and catering trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet applications.
  • Willingness to relocate for career advancement opportunities.
  • A valid Driver's License may be preferred for certain roles.
