Hanger Clinic is looking for a skilled Medical Clinic Receptionist to join their team. As a Medical Clinic Receptionist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients as they arrive and communicate with them throughout their visit.
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring efficient workflow and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and communicating with patients about their upcoming visits.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our RCM team to ensure seamless communication with patients.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
  • Minimum good fit for the job, as determined by a skills assessment.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $19.00/hour to $22.00/hour, plus bonus and benefits. This includes 8 paid national holidays, 4 additional floating holidays, PTO that includes vacation and sick time, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k savings and retirement plan, paid parental bonding leave for new parents, flexible work schedules, and part-time opportunities.
