Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients warmly and perform all front office tasks as needed.
  • Manage front desk operations with professionalism, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • Conduct patient follow-up calls for care coordination, appointment reminders, and documentation.
  • Assist with patient appointments, including preparation, check-in, and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records in compliance with company policies.
  • Support inventory management and ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Help manage patient documentation, including medical forms and vaccination records.
  • Provide patients with necessary wellness paperwork.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to read and write medical terminology accurately.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or similar software (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform a full range of motion, including patient handling and manual dexterity.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 15 lbs.
  • Corrected vision and hearing within normal ranges.
  • Ability to operate a computer and telephone.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
