Lead a Team and Drive Business Growth

Brandon Herndon is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our team and drive business growth. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a small team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, and train and develop incoming team members
  • Use Salesforce-based CRM for daily reporting and focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
  • Prioritize tasks, delegate when necessary, and function well in a high-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of CRMs, with a clean background and ability to work in the U.S.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
