Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on banking and financial services regulatory matters
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial services regulatory strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in financial services regulations and laws

Requirements:

  • Active law license in the applicable jurisdiction, or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable bar
  • Excellent writing, oral advocacy skills, and academics
  • Minimum of 5 years of banking-related, M&A, payments/fintech, and/or financial services regulatory legal experience
