Job Title: Maintenance Lead

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our stores, equipment, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance associates to ensure the completion of daily tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our stores.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address any maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
