Site Leader Role

We are seeking a seasoned Site Leader to join our team, responsible for leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, as well as facility planning and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional external and internal customer experience through granular planning, continuous process improvement, and high-paced execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Operations and Area Managers to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance team performance
  • Navigate ambiguity and define comprehensive training, de-escalate, and solve points of friction
  • Apply cross-functional leadership skills to develop a positive, safe, and quality environment
  • Find and execute best practices to maximize effectiveness
  • Control costs in all aspects of the operation
  • Maintain constant communication and collaboration with Pandion's support teams and executive leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Eight years of business experience - preferably in a logistics or industrial environment
  • Experience leading teams of 100+ hourly employees and 4+ exempt managers
  • Ability to create mechanisms to capture cost, quality, and productivity performance and ensure a safe working environment
  • Experienced with data analytics and metrics reporting
  • Able to work on nights and weekends
  • Ability to travel up to 20-25% of the time
Preferred Skills
  • Experienced in inbound and/or outbound logistics
  • Worked in a sortation or fulfillment center
  • 4+ years of experience in multi-shift planning
  • Trained in operational safety best practices
  • Willing to perform all necessary tasks to deliver to the customer
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer feedback mechanism(s)
What We Offer

Pandion offers a competitive salary of $165,000 to $200,000 per year, plus equity and benefits. Our benefits package includes Medical Insurance, Dental, and Vision insurance, as well as 401(k) contribution match and equity options to purchase stock in the company.
