Become a Vital Part of Our FCA Team

We are seeking committed individuals to support our FCA personnel in various essential tasks that contribute to the effectiveness of our camp and campus ministry initiatives. As a Program Associate, you will engage in part-time work on an hourly basis, playing a significant role within our ministry framework. This position is temporary and does not include FCA benefits or 401K contributions, but it allows Associates to be part of the FCA community for a duration of up to 1 year.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Agree with and adhere to FCA's Christian Community Statement.
  • Establish a spiritual routine that includes daily prayer and Bible study to discern God's direction for FCA.
  • Provide spiritual guidance and leadership to staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, and exemplary living.
  • Engage with and contribute to a local church community through worship and active participation.
  • Conduct yourself in a manner that upholds the biblical principles and values upheld by FCA's Christian beliefs.
