Job Title: Lead EC Teacher-District Autism Support Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our District Autism Support Team as a Lead EC Teacher. This is a 10-month position that requires a strong commitment to supporting students with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality instruction and support to students with autism in a variety of settings
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in autism support
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting students

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Valid teaching certification
  • Experience working with students with autism and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
