Job Summary

Cutter Holding Co is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and major inspections on aircraft, including HondaJet, Piper, TBM, Pilatus, LearJets, Beechjet, Citations, and other corporate aircraft.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and modify aircraft systems and engines.
  • Conduct component removal and reinstallation, operational checks, leak checks, and engine runs.
  • Use sound judgment and technical aptitude to make decisions regarding maintenance, sequence, and techniques.
  • Ensure all repairs are accomplished by approved methods and techniques and in accordance with manufacturer specifications, Federal Aviation Regulations, and other approved data.
  • Plan and coordinate activities to minimize delays and increase production and efficiency.
  • Exercise all reasonable care to protect parts, sub-assemblies, major assemblies, and completed units against loss or damage.
  • Ensure all applicable repair station forms are properly completed.
  • Maintain good housekeeping rules and ensure all shop-working areas are kept clean and orderly.
  • Ensure proper tools and equipment are available and maintained in serviceable condition.
  • Perform airframe and powerplant repairs, inspections, and modifications.
  • Removal and disassembly of defective parts, assembly and installation of replacement parts, and testing of systems.
  • Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
  • Ensure all discrepancies are signed off with all information completed.
Requirements
  • Seven or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (Preferred).
  • Strong understanding of 135 and 145 repair station operations/regulations.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening test.
  • Willing to work weekends, if needed.
  • Willing to work off-location, if needed.
