Facility Cleaning Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Facility Cleaning Specialists to join our Property Services team. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of various facilities, including office buildings, residential complexes, and communal areas.
Compensation:
Starting pay for Housekeeper 1 is $15.75 per hour, with Housekeeper 2 at $16.00, and Housekeeper 3 at $16.50. Additionally, a weekend differential of $1.50 is provided.
Work Schedule:
This full-time position for the Cottages operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We also have PRN float positions available across all shifts, and we are looking for candidates with flexible availability.

Requirements:
A valid Driver's License is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and emptying waste bins in commercial and communal areas.
- Perform deep cleaning as required.
- Address any issues that arise and utilize appropriate resources as needed.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms and maintain inventory of cleaning materials, submitting orders to the Coordinator.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment promptly through the work order system.
- Maintain the exterior grounds, including trash removal and snow clearance when necessary.
- Carry out routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report concerns to the supervisor.
- Provide coverage for corporate-wide call-offs as requested.
- Manage the washing, drying, and folding of cleaning materials.
- Execute floor care tasks, including carpet extraction and the stripping and waxing of hard surfaces as needed.
- Be available for on-call rotation.
Additional Duties:
Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
Clearances & Health Requirements:
The following background checks will be conducted: Criminal Background Check, Sex Offender Registry, Driving Record, Colorado Adult Protective Services Background Check, Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General Exclusion List, Tuberculosis Skin Test, and Influenza Vaccination.
