Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our K-12 educational team in Pittsburg, CA for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic services to students with speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and treatment.
- Participate in school meetings and professional development as required.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a K-12 school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
