Position Overview

$250 Bonus with RBT Certification

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy in a clinical environment, which encompasses behavior modification strategies, fine and gross motor skills development, both group and individual activities, daily living skills, and communication skills.
  • Execute treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Assist and educate parents under the guidance of BCBAs.
  • Maintain professional communication with families, team members, and supervisors.
  • Gather and analyze data related to treatment goals.
  • Monitor data trends and collaborate with BCBAs to make informed decisions.
  • Complete daily documentation and notes.
  • Engage in orientation and ongoing training.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Adhere to a cleaning schedule to ensure clinic cleanliness, including dusting, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms. (This is a sample list of cleaning duties.)
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned and are subject to change as organizational standards evolve.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; some college education is preferred.
  • A strong commitment to consistent attendance, including reliable transportation to and from the clinic.
  • RBT certification or a willingness to complete the 40-Hour RBT course and Exam for certification. (The company covers the cost of the course and exam.)
  • Compassion, experience, and a genuine desire to work with young children.
  • Willingness to undergo CPR training and a background check.
  • Must have a clean background.

Employment Type: FULL-TIME

Compensation: $37,440.00 Per Year

$18.00 per hour with scheduled raises every six months for the first two and a half years.
