Fun Loving Youth Soccer Coach

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars
As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading fun and educational activities in a non-competitive environment. You will work with children aged 3-12 years old, teaching them the fundamentals of soccer in a supportive and engaging manner.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. You will be expected to travel up to 15 miles each way to get to class locations, so a reliable vehicle is essential.
We offer a competitive salary of $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a coach commute stipend, coach referral program, end of season bonus program, sports store discounts, and discounted programming for family and friends.
Our curriculum is designed to develop the whole child, focusing on physical, emotional, and social growth. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of soccer players and making a positive impact on their lives.
Responsibilities- Lead classes following our customized enrichment curriculum

- Create a stress-free environment that promotes fun and learning
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
