Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in providing one-on-one behavioral interventions to children receiving Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Services: Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Accurately collect and analyze data to monitor progress of behaviors and effectiveness of patient's individualized treatment/behavior plan.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Maintain professional relationships with families, assisting and training them on implementing behavior plans with their children.
  • Ensure a Safe and Positive Environment: Ensure the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times, promoting a fun and engaging experience.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
  • MUST have completed 40 hours of RBT training prior to applying
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Pass the RBT Competency Assessment and Exam
  • Active RBT Certification through the BACB
  • Active BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
Working Conditions
  • Clinic-based (No travel)
  • Must be able to meet physical demands such as kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing variety of postures for extended periods of time
  • Using muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry objects/clients up to 30 pounds
  • No contract obligations
