About the Role

We are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients, and we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to help us achieve this goal. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients, including assessing their respiratory status, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families on respiratory care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' respiratory status and develop treatment plans to improve their respiratory function
  • Provide respiratory care, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilator management
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory care and disease management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) certification
  • State Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician
  • Vocational School Graduate, Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
