We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Network Engineer to join our team at Raytheon in Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our classified infrastructure services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to support our classified computing environments.
  • Network Management: Monitor and analyze network performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize network uptime and cost savings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve networking problems and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Security: Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards, including STIG compliance and network refreshes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain clear documentation of network details, including operational instructions and technical diagrams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on classified computing environments.
  • Certifications: Security+ certification within 6 months, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification within a year.
  • Clearance: Active US Secret Security Clearance required.
