Key Responsibilities- Review and update load manifests in our enterprise resource planning system to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Analyze data to report compliance with company policies, state, and federal laws, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide cross-functional support to dispatch supervisors to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
- Collaborate with material control analysts to analyze inventory levels, conduct cycle counting, and support non-conformance material reports.
- Review and update job instructions and job safety analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance with current job functions and activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, retrieving information as required by company policy, state laws, or federal laws.
- Compose and type correspondence, reports, and presentations, and ensure timely and accurate follow-up.
- Perform other office functions as needed, including answering phones, ordering office supplies, and verifying proof of deliveries.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Three to five years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop functional knowledge of Baxter products and services.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Competence with business software, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Baxter International, Inc. is committed to equitable pay for all employees and strives to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $36,800 - $54,000 annually. Individual pay is based on location, skills, and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
