We are looking for a highly skilled Master Electrician to enhance our workforce at Thrive. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in electrical systems and hold a valid journeyman electrician license. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and executing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across various settings.
  • Oversee and mentor apprentice electricians throughout their assigned tasks.
  • Conduct thorough electrical inspections to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Engage with contractors, clients, and team members to clarify project specifications.
  • Keep precise records of all work completed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified Master Electrician.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and lead a team efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
