Job Summary

qubeworX, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Control Panel Technician to join our team. As a key member of our panel production team, you will be responsible for the assembly of electrical control panels, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electrical control panels according to design specifications and company standards.
  • Interpret control panel layouts and electrical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring of electrical components, including relays, controls, PLCs, and I/O modules.
  • Route and bundle wires neatly to meet company and UL standards.
  • Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure proper function.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • 2-year Electrical Engineer (EE) technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in panel production.
  • Ability to read drawings and electrical diagrams.
  • Basic experience with multi-meter resistance, current, and voltage testing.
  • Knowledge of electrical circuitry, including power distribution, motor controls, and relay logic.
Work Environment

This role is performed in a panel shop facility, which may or may not be climate-controlled depending on the work location.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Must be able to:

o Lift up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 70 pounds occasionally.

o Stand for long periods of time.

o Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling.

o Climb ladders as needed.
