As an MRI Imaging Specialist, you will be working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic MRI procedures on patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Provide direct assistance to physicians during diagnostic or special MRI procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and enter charges promptly.
- Ensure optimal patient safety and comfort throughout the examination process.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a solid understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
A graduate degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as ARRT-MR, ARMRI, or CMRT. Basic Life Support certification is also mandatory.
