Position Overview:

We are in search of skilled pantry and line cooks to enhance our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly crafting fresh, homemade meals that delight our guests.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients, including those sourced from local farms.
  • Utilize a variety of cooking techniques to create exceptional dishes.
  • Present plates in an appealing and hygienic manner.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of relevant culinary experience and demonstrate the following skills:

  • Proficient knife skills.
  • Ability to control portion sizes.
  • Experience in scratch cooking.
  • Knowledge of salad preparation and sautéing techniques.
  • Grilling expertise.
