Job Description
As a Psychiatrist Medical Director, you will lead our inpatient and outpatient care teams, overseeing daily care and medication management for patients. You will work collaboratively with board-certified psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and masters-level psychotherapists to ensure comprehensive care. This role offers great opportunities for personal and professional growth in a collegial work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead weekly treatment team meetings and manage patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective care delivery
• Oversee clinical administrative duties and responsibilities
• Provide guidance and support to staff members
Requirements
• MD/DO degree from an accredited program required
• Board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry required
• Ability to obtain state medical license
• Minimum of five to six years of training experience
• Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $250,000-$300,000, depending on experience.
