Job Title: Monitoring Engineer

At Synechron, we are seeking an experienced Monitoring Engineer to join our team. As a Monitoring Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of our monitoring tools, including Dynatrace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into application performance and infrastructure health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production support and engineering, to resolve issues and improve monitoring capabilities.
  • Host training sessions and demos to educate teams on monitoring tools and best practices.
  • Partner with production support teams to configure monitoring events and dashboards to maximize tool potential.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in monitoring tools, including Dynatrace.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java and.NET.
  • Knowledge of OS-based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, and shell scripts.
  • Proven experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring.
  • Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes.
