We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Specialist to join our team at Saint Clare's Health, a leading provider of quality healthcare services. As a member of Prime Healthcare, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the coordination and implementation of the hospital Chemical Dependency Program.
- Provide direct services to patients and their families, including regular liaison with treatment team members.
- Document clinical assessments and treatment plans for assigned patients.
- Contribute to the Performance Improvement Program and ensure compliance with monitoring devices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BA Degree in Psychology or a related field.
- CADC certification or LCADC License recognized in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychiatric, chemical dependency, or residential treatment facilities.
- Experience in counseling chemically dependent adults and their family members.
- Working knowledge of the 12-Step Program.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
